This year's theme, "Driving the Future of Health Transformation," underscores our collective responsibility to shape a future where healthcare systems are not only more efficient but also more equitable, patient-centered, and resilient. It reminds us that innovation and transformation are driven not by individuals but by collaboration, shared knowledge, and collective action.
This conference has gathered a vibrant community of healthcare leaders, professionals, researchers, and innovators with a shared vision of transforming healthcare systems to deliver higher value, greater efficiency, and better outcomes for patients around the globe.

About the Conference
Theme:
Lean Healthcare: Driving the Future of Health Transformation."
Objective:

To enhance participants' knowledge in strengthening the implementation of Lean, as well as to bring back and disseminate new information and knowledge about Lean, which can be applied to improve effective and efficient work processes.

To serve as a platform for sharing best practices in hospitals and states in the implementation of Lean Healthcare. Participants will have the opportunity to share experiences and raise issues in fostering the culture of Lean initiatives at their respective facilities.

To create opportunities for sharing projects and the outcomes of Lean initiative implementations in their respective organizations through oral presentations or poster mediums as a platform for delivery.

To provide opportunities for Lean Champions and all participants to build strong networking relationships with one another, encompassing participants from both domestic and international settings as well as various service sectors.
