Registration is confirmed only upon the receipt of payment

Payment must be made according to the correct registration fee stated above

The registration is non-transferable

The conference organiser will not bear any responsibility for participants who have successfully registered, but do not attend the congress

Attendance during the event is the sole responsibility of the participant alone
Cancellation Policy

The full refund will be provided if notification of cancellation is received in writing no later than 1 August 2025

Cancellation requests made after 1 August 2025 are not applicable for any percentage of the refund

Please note that all bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from the refunded amount and all approved refunds will be issued after the conference has ended
